SHIPPING DAMAGE POLICY

All shipments are fully insured. If your instrument arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may affect your ability to file a claim.
