RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our policy on returns, refunds, and shipping damage claims.

GENERAL POLICY

All sales are final.

We take great care in accurately representing every instrument we sell — including detailed descriptions, high-resolution photos, and honest condition notes. We encourage all buyers to ask questions, request additional photos, or schedule a showroom visit before purchasing.

SHIPPING DAMAGE EXCEPTION

The only exception to our all-sales-final policy is verified shipping damage that occurs during transit.

If your instrument arrives damaged:

  • Document the damage with photos immediately upon receipt
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Retain all original packaging materials

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. You are welcome to:

  • Request additional photos or videos
  • Ask detailed questions about condition, playability, or setup
  • Schedule a private showroom appointment in Boca Raton, Florida
